The HELLHOUND V20 uses four 12AX7 preamp tubes and two EL84 power tubes, delivering an American-style high-gain sound with preserved high-end clarity, creating a saturated yet clear tone. It features a modern aesthetic with tight lows and prominent highs, offering a fresh take on distorted tones.
Controls include dual-channel switching, three-band EQ, gain and volume for the distortion channel, volume for the clean channel, presence, and a saturation/distortion selector. A single footswitch controls channel switching, with effects loop jacks. A power attenuation switch (20W/7W) allows lower-volume playing with maintained distortion, ideal for bedroom musicians.
Suitable for players who love heavy tones, the HELLHOUND V20 easily delivers excellent high-gain sounds, with noteworthy clean tones as well—making it a great choice for "metal heads" and rock players who appreciate great tone.
